Performers can participate in as many I&E opportunities as they choose.
Registration fees are $10 per entry for Individuals, and $25 per entry for Ensemble Submissions. Entry fees MUST  be paid before videos can be submitted or reviewed.
*An ensemble is defined as more than one player and must include a percussion element.
*The Top 3 performances from each category will be invited to perform at Prelims. Winners will be announced at finals.

Minimum Performance Time: 2 Minutes
Maximum: 3 Minutes
*Penalties will be assessed for performances under time & over time.
